Exciting Plans for Little Button with New Owner
My name is Shelby, and I've just recently taken ownership of Little Button Craft & Press! I'm sure at this point you've heard from some of your South Wedge friends, or this might be news to you! Either way, I'm very excited to help Little Button reach a new level of success.
When I got involved with Little Button, I was excited to see such an adorable store make the South Wedge its home. I started teaching Knitting and Crochet, and got to know many customers that came in and out of the shop. When Madelyn approached me about taking over I was overcome with excitement. I loved what Little Button did for the neighborhood, and I was full of ideas on how to bring it to the next level.
The last month has been a whirlwind of paperwork, meeting people, and planning. I have many hopes and aspirations for Little Button. I'm hoping to get the shop to be as close to 100% Local with regard to products and classes by 2018. To me, local means within a 100 mile circumference of the city of Rochester. With the help of many local artists and a lot of leg work, I feel confident that we will be able to reach this goal.
I've had the privilege of meeting many of the consigners and artists that sell their work at Little Button, and I'm continuing to meet more as the days go by. I'm overwhelmed by the talent that Little Button is fortunate enough to showcase with the help of these artists.
Please don't hesitate to stop by and say hello! Take a moment to jump over to our events page and see if there's something that tickles your fancy! As always, don't hesitate to get in contact with us if you have any questions!
I don't know about you, but I'm so excited for the continued success of Little Button Craft & Press! Thanks for being a part of it!
