Q: Is there off street parking at your shop?
A: Unfortunately there is not. There is a free parking lot down the street (Right after Gregory street when going down South), but otherwise parking is on-street.
Q: I want to sell my art/handmade goods in your shop, how do we go about doing that?
A: Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org ! Be sure to include a description of your art/goods and some pictures, please.
Q: I saw a class on facebook and I selected that I was "going", does that reserve my spot in class?
A: Unfortunately, no. We can only reserve your spot in a class when you visit our Sign Up For A Class page and purchase a ticket. There will be a link a to buy a ticket in the facebook event. You definitely don't want to miss out on our great classes!
Q: Can I "walk in" to a class on the day it's happening without purchasing at icket?
A: Yes, you're more than welcome to see if we have room in a class! It should be known that many of our classes sell out, so it would be best to purchase a ticket on our Sign Up For A Class page or give us a call at (585) 371-7891.
Q: I signed up for a class and I'm not able to attend, what now?
A: Don't fret! We can reimburse you for the ticket or give you store credit for a future class of an equal or lesser value. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can get in touch with anyone else that might be interested in attending the class.
Cancellation of your reserved spot in class must be made 24 hours or greater in advance out of courtesy for the instructor.
Q: What is a class minimum, and why does each class have one?
A: Each of our class instructors takes time to prepare for each of their classes, and to ensure that they have not over or under prepared, we like to guarantee that they will have a specific number of students in their class. The best way to be sure a class minimum is met? Bring a friend to class with you!
Q: When will I know about each month's new classes?
A: We update the website between the 25th and the end of each month with all of the next month's events. We do send out updates via email, so be sure ot sign up for our email list. There are also calendars we distribute out at the store, you can subscribe to our google calendar, or keep an eye out for the events page of our facebook.
