THE PROCESS
Envision your design - take a moment to think about the custom item(s) you would like to make. Let yourself dream a little and write your thoughts into words.
Do you already have a design/image file? Great! Include the image file when filling out the custom item request form below. Please note if you need the image changed or redesigned.
There is no charge for small changes to color or sizes of an image.
Please note that if you need an image completely redesigned (linework color, and/or text) there will be a $40 design fee.
Don’t have a way to draw out the design in your head? No problem! In the contact form let us know that you’ll need to create a design for the item for you.

Interested in a price quote? Though we can give you an estimated and informal idea of what your project might cost before designing and discussing the project in full, an invoice with a final price quote for the project will be sent once the design is approved by you.
Please note that there can be a change in price (higher or lower) for an item between the initial estimate and the fully designed object.

The design process begins: Once we receive your contact form we will assess our ability to make the item you are requesting. If changes need to be made or we are unable to make the item you are requesting you will be notified by email to begin a conversation about how we may be able to adjust the design of the project so it can be made.
Please note: we reserve the right to decline any custom project for any reason. You will be provided with reasoning as to why your project was declined and (if possible) other venues where your product can be made.
You approve the design: Once the design process is finished, we will send you an image of what your project will look like when created. If you are pleased with the design and approve it, we will send a
We allow two separate changes/redesigns to an image or product. Further editing will incur a $10 fee for each additional request for changes.
We make the item: We do our best to make your dream item come true!
If you are unhappy with the finished project we allow one re-make of the item (with minimal to no changes to design). Re-making an item more than once is subject to fees to cover the cost of additional materials.
You receive your item: Woohoo! This is the exciting part. We offer local pickup and shipping for products.
