This is a preorder - Orders will be open from Friday 11/22 to Wednesday 11/27. Ornaments will be available for pick up on black Friday, 11/29 during shop hours (12-6pm).

What is this?: This is an ornament made of wood. The ornament is the Rochester Flower logo with a paw print in the center of it where your pet’s name will be engraved.

How much does this ornament cost?: Each ornament is $20.00 plus tax

When can I preorder?: Orders for these ornaments open Friday, 11/22. Orders will only be taken through this webpage.

When can I pick up my ornament?: Ornaments will be available for pick up on Friday, 11/29 during shop hours (12-6pm).

What if I need more than one ornament?: Have multiple pets? no problem! Your first ornament will cost $20, each additional ornament will cost $15.00 (that’s a $5.00 discount). Use the code DOUBLEPAW when purchasing two or more ornaments.

Can these be shipped?: Yes! These ornaments can be shipped (they will be mailed out Sunday, 11/30. The cost for shipping is $8.00.

How does the engraving work?: All ornaments will engrave your pet’s name on them as you write it in the order form upon purchase. Please be advised that longer names will appear smaller than shorter names to accommodate space on the ornament.
