March 2020 Artist of the Month: Megan Granger of Megs & Co!
Meg is the dyer and maker behind Megs & Co, a fiber arts boutique specializing in luxury hand dyed yarn. She believes that colors must be more than one of a kind, they must be inspiring to the designer and above all wearable. That is why Meg strives to create balanced colorways that are unique, creative, and flattering. Knitting and crochet patterns do not need to be highly complex in order to render an incredible garment and it is has become Meg's passion to provide the inspiration and materials that will assure your project stands out above the rest.
Megs & Co opened in 2015 as an online boutique featuring ready-made crochet garments and jewelry. It was not long after that Meg began creating and altering the materials for her designs, and once that first skein of merino wool came out of the dye pot, Meg knew instantly that this was what she wanted to do. Today, Meg focuses primarily on creating new colorways on a variety of ever-expanding fiber bases.
